Andrew Schneider

Andrew SchneiderCEO / FOUNDER

Andrew Schneider founded The Family Office Networks in 2012 after realizing the benefits of a family office network from running his own family office, the Schneider Family Office. His family office greatly benefited from a small community of his peers with whom he shared transactions, service providers and funds.

Mr/ Schneider is also a leading authority regarding hedge funds and related services. Most recently, he developed the group Global Hedge Fund Advisors. He is the CEO and president of this group, which is an international firm that is quickly making its mark in the hedge fund industry. Prior to Global Hedge Fund Advisors, he was a founding member of HedgeCo Networks, a hedge fund research and services firm that provided consulting services to both new and existing hedge funds. At HedgeCo, he was charged with the responsibility of overseeing more than 7,000 hedge funds, which included a community of more than 40,000 members.

Previous /rofessional appointments include Morgan Stanley and Prudential Securities. At Morgan Stanley, he was a vice president who managed more than $100 million of high net worth individual assets as well as helped manage assets for institutions as well as high net worth clients. Later, he participated in numerous private placements, PIPE transactions and public offerings with a total value of $250 million. While at Prudential, he was the number one producer and broker and managed over $50 million in his first year.

Mr. Schneider has been quoted in numerous financial publications and has also appeared on financial networks such as CNBC. He attended The State University at Albany and he is an active member of the American Heart Association, committed to the cause of research and development of alternative remedies for cardiac disorders.

Steven Saltztein is Managing Director of Family Office Networks, a global networking and educational organization serving family offices and their top advisors.  In addition, he leads the New York City Family Office Association.

During his 15-year career as a respected family office authority, Steve has worked closely with hundreds of substantial families to help them build close relationships, share intellectual capital, find unique family-sponsored deal-flow and better understand the regional implications of their capital preservation and capital appreciation strategies.

As a result of his efforts as a trusted partner, both single-family and multi-family offices have benefitted from multi-generational support. Among his specific initiatives are an exceptional news and information platform, investor/deal introductions, and high level thought leadership events. Today, Family Office Networks has over 10,000+ members including 3000 family offices.

In addition to his role at Family Office Networks, Steve is a Partner at LXE Marketing and Media, an agency that creates branding, marketing and advertising strategies for Funds. LXE Marketing is a subsidiary of RedPeg Marketing, a nationally recognized experiential marketing agency and winner of the Inc. 500|5000, Washington Business Journal Fastest Growing Company 2012, Promo 100 and Event Marketer IT List.

Steve is a graduate of Ithaca College in New York and lives in New York City and Palm Beach.

Peter Apostol

Peter Apostol got involved in the finance industry working with two New York hedge funds managed by his family. He later moved to Miami where he studied international finance, marketing, and English. While in college Peter tuned a failing marketing company around and through his network and reach renegotiated contacts to bring the company profitable. He then exited that and went to work with a family office syndicating infrastructure investment in Latin America. Peter is passionate about the waste to energy niche and has worked on the technical side of tire recycling facilities. Peter saw the difficulty finding funding for good projects in the fragmented family office space. He joined Family Office Networks to bring family offices together for co-investment opportunities, thought leadership, deal flow sharing, and market insight. Since joining Family Office Networks Peter has helped them grow to be the largest domestic and international community of family offices and UHNWIs looking at various alternative investments. Peter lives in Palm Beach, FL where he splits his down time between the golf course and the ocean.
Anthony (Tony) Kuhn

Anthony (Tony) Kuhnis Managing Director of the Family Office Networks, an organization that provides information, opportunities and investment resources to substantial families, individuals and the top advisors who serve them. After growing up in Europe, Mr. Kuhn started an extensive career in advertising and worked on celebrated brands and not-for-profit organizations around the world. He ran large global accounts for IPG and Omnicom and was part of the team that launched the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation (SOLEIF) and raised $600 million in corporate and private donations for the restoration and preservation of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. He also worked with the Milk Processor Education Program (MilkPEP) in Washington, D.C., on the "Got Milk" Milk mustache campaign. As managing partner of SR Impact. Mr. Kuhn adviseslarge family offices on Impact investment planning and numerous private companies on growth strategies. He is an experienced business development leader with a successful history in the financial services industry, focused on the family office space.  Mr. Kuhn has helped many U.S. clients secure access to capital and distribution capabilities through leading family investment offices in the United States, India and the Gulf region. He helped U.S. clients successfully launch several lifesaving medical devices and molecular diagnostic tests in India and the Gulf region. As Vice-Chairman of Cavendish Global, he created a series of Global Impact forums to coalesce a peer-to-peer network of leading family offices and foundations from around the world who share a passion for sustainable philanthropy and pro-social impact investing. As Executive Director of the Load Zero Foundation (LZF) (501c3), he developed a medically and financially unique philanthropic mission to help meet the needs of 36 million HIV/AIDS patients in the developing world by providing viral load testing and related laboratory equipment specifically suited to resource-limited regions of the developing world where HIV is most prevalent.

SurejKalathil joined Family Office Networks in March 2016. As Creative Director he is responsible for art direction, including website development, marketing collateral, branding, photography and video. Prior to joining Family Office Networks, Mr. Kalathil worked at HedgeCo Networks and HedgeCo Website Creation where he designed hundreds of award winning hedge fund and alternative investment websites. Previously, he also worked with V2 Infotech, a web design and development agency that serves global clients, including Fortune 500 companies, and owned a web design company, Smart Designer Consultant. Mr. Kalathil earned a bachelor’s degree in Art at Mumbai University followed by a diploma in commercial arts in 1996, the same year he started his career at Quorum Publication designing three prominent magazines - Car & Bike Magazine, Interior Design Magazine and Fashion Magazine. Parth Patel

Parth Patel is an investment professional specializing in emerging markets. He has worked in such industries as; fossils fuels, natural resources and finance. Mr Patel's family office based in Mumbai will sponsor the India Family Office Association exploring opportunities in the emerging markets. Mr Patel is also in the process of launching fund investing in India that will be diversified among various sectors ranging from real estate, distressed assets, equities to consumer lending. Ben Inman

Ben Inman is Managing Director of the Nashville Family Office Association, an organization that provides information, opportunities and investment resources to substantial families, individuals and the top advisors who serve them in the Nashville region.

Mr. Inman currently works as an acquisitions analyst and portfolio manager for Cardone Real Estate Acquisitions LLC. Based in Miami Beach, he directs a $650M acquisitions budget for potential acquisitions located throughout the Southeast. Additional responsibilities include portfolio management of 4,000 apartment units currently at a $500M valuation, directing capital improvements across existing portfolio, and analysis of annual and quarterly performance reports.

His career began at an early age as he grew up around his family’s real estate business where he gained an intimate understanding of the industry and eventually led the family real estate investment business.  He relocated from Nashville to attend the University of Central Florida in Orlando where he focused on building a database of industry professionals including investors, owners and operators, and management companies.

From Orlando, he relocated to West Palm Beach to oversee an expanding multifamily real estate portfolio focused on assets located throughout the Southeast, including redevelopment efforts of a private island in the Bahamas called Cay Cay Yacht Club in Cay Cay, Bahamas. While there, he helped the family office restructure its business model to focus on property and asset management in the tri-county area of Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami.

Later, he joined a prominent and well-known investor focused on building out a multifamily portfolio footprint throughout the Southeast and assisted in formalizing his family office.

In addition to the Nashville Family Office Association, Mr. Inman also oversees the Miami Beach Family Office Association.

David Rich

David Rich is Managing Director of the Tel Aviv Family Office Association, an organization that provides information, opportunities and investment resources to substantial families, individuals and the top advisors who serve them in the Tel Aviv region.

Mr. Rich has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry and is currently the CEO of $15M Galilee Partners, which he launched in 2006 as a multi-strategy investment advisory firm focused on talented emerging managers in Israel. He hired and manages a team of 11 senior level traders involved in quantitative and fundamental research for a portfolio of low risk, absolute return, hedged strategies trading US equity & global commodities. In addition, he oversees research, trading operations, risk management, investor reporting and business operations. He is also experienced in providing third party sales and marketing services for Israeli-based managers, including developing unique financial trading products for global hedge funds in New York, London and Switzerland.

Earlier in his career, he worked at Frommer Capital where he researched and devised pair trading methodologies and created quantitative based strategies involving multiple asset classes with different volatility levels, hedged against each other. He also spent two years at Infinity Ventures involved in researching and generating direct investment opportunities into publicly traded companies. While there, he specialized in small-cap companies with strong balance sheets implementing expansion of business operations. Prior to that, he opened the Israeli branch of New York-based Olympia Partners.

He is a graduate of Hebrew University with graduate degrees in Economic History and Bar-Ilan University. His philanthropic endeavors include launchingthe Bar Ilan Environmental Society which organized nationwide clean-up programs. He is the recipient of the Erica & Ludwig Jesselsohn Academic Scholarship and currently has a NASD Series 56 license. He served in the Military-IDF Paratroop Brigade from 1993-1997.

Harold W. Graham, Jr. is Managing Director of the Orlando Family Office Association, an organization that provides information, opportunities and investment resources to substantial families, individuals and the top advisors who serve them in the Orlando region.

Mr. Graham leads HW Graham & Associates, which is an investment banking, registered broker, fundraising, corporate development, and political consulting firm based in Orlando. During his 20+ year career, he has served as a strategic business consultant and investment banker, developed strategic marketing campaigns, and led distribution partnerships with companies of all sizes. In addition, he spearheaded successful campaigns on behalf of corporate and philanthropic entities.

His expertise also includes private placements involving equity and debt financing, raising growth and expansion stage capital, and acquisition financing for companies in various industries. James R. Hedges

James R. (Jim) Hedges, IVis Managing Director of the Los Angeles Family Office Association, an organization that provides information, opportunities and investment resources to substantial families, individuals and the top advisors who serve them in the LA region.

Mr. Hedgeswas one of the early leaders in the hedge fund and alternative investments industry and is the author of Hedges on Hedge Funds. He was the Founder, President, and Chief Investment Officer of LJH Global Investments, LLC, an alternative investment advisory firm. Following the sale of LJH, in 2010, he founded Montage Finance, to make asset-backed loans secured by contemporary art and is also Managing Member of Hedges-Projects, a family organization created to oversee principal investments and art activities. He also served as President of The Hedges Family Charitable Foundation.

He has been an active investor throughout his 25-year career, representing the interests of both substantial investors and entrepreneurs. In 2017, Hedges founded HEDGES COMPANY, an Expert Network to marshal resources for its clients’ investing, growth and business development needs.

Hedges is often cited as an expert commentator on alternative investments for publications including The New York Times, Barron’s, The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Economist and Women’s Wear Daily. He is a Contributor to The Huffington Post. He has also regularly appeared on ABC, CBS, CNN, CNBC, CNBC ASIA, CNBC EUROPE, FOX NEWS, and Bloomberg TV. Additionally, Hedges was, for two years, a recurring on-air talent for CNBC’s award-winning Squawk Box.

Marc Mingolelli

Marc Mingolelli is Managing Director of the Boston Family Office Association which hosts numerous events, seminars, and special functions throughout the year engineered to deliver the most pertinent information to assist family offices in reaching their goals.

As Director of Client Relations for Pinnacle Financial Group, a division of Hub International, Mr. Mingolelli leads a nationally known insurance consulting firm catering to family offices and their advisors by helping accredited investors avoid income tax on their alternative investments. As a member of M Financial Group, he is responsible for establishing new relationships with advisors and high net worth clients. In addition, he consults with existing clients to help them find solutions for optimal business growth, including finding new business opportunities and assisting them with marketing and strategic planning.

Sanjeev Chitre

Sanjeev ChitreDIRECTOR OF SILICON VALLEY FOA

Sanjeev Chitreis Managing Director of the Silicon Valley Family Office Association, an organization that provides information, opportunities and investment resources to substantial families, individuals and the top advisors who serve them in the Santa Barbara region.

Mr. Chitrehas had a tremendously successful industry career of starting, growing, and executing the liquidity of several major small and medium size companies. In 2004, he founded The U- Group, a strategic and M&A advisory firm focused on Exit-Engineered Execution including cross border leverage in transactions. The U-Group has successfully implemented several value-enhanced exits for medium sized technology firms through product, technology, market expansion, and financial repositioning in both domestic and global markets.

Prior to founding U-Group, he was chairman of Avantcom Network, which was an infrastructure company to connect semiconductor fabs and suppliers to a private network to improve uptime and yields. He sold the company in 2003.

From 1992-1999, he worked with Integrated Process Equipment Corp. (IPEC) as Chairman and CEO. IPEC  was a semi cap equipment company he founded to address the critical needs of complex chip to stack devices in multi layers thru use of an innovative process called Planarization.

He also was Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Superwave Technology Inc., which developed strategy and sold in global markets, microwave enhanced curing systems to cure epoxies and polyimides. Earlier, he was General Manager of Solar Operations for Spire Corp.

Mr. Chitre earned a Bachelor’s of Telecommunications at the University of Pune, India and a Master of Science at the University of Madison, Wisconsin.

Thomas Webb

Thomas Webb is Managing Director of the MiamiFamily Office Association, an organization that provides information, opportunities and investment resources to substantial families, individuals and the top advisors who serve them in the Miami area.

Mr. Webb is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Dyer-Webb LLC, a Florida-based real estate private equity firm where he is responsible for acquisition sourcing, underwriting and financing structuring. He comes from a background in real estate finance and acquisitions management where he held roles in both private equity funds and family office organizations.

He is actively engaged with high-net worth individuals, family offices and private investment funds looking for diversified opportunities. Mr. Webb is a regular speaker for Family Office conferences throughout the country where he discusses real estate market trends, best practices and value creation opportunities. He earned the accreditation of Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) through the CCIM Institute and is owner and a licensed broker for subsidiary company, Blackwater Realty and Investments LLC. He continues to be an active member in the local real estate community while contributing to groups such as ULI, NAIOP, ICSC and the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center of Real Estate Studies.

A native of Rhode Island, Mr. Webb attended Providence College on a full athletic scholarship for track where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He continued his education at the University of Florida after a career in athletics and received a master's degree in Real Estate Finance with a concentration in hospitality.

Michael F. Rosenblatt

Michael F. Rosenblatt, CPA, has over 25 years of experience in executive search, consulting, and identifying, structuring, and consummating mergers and acquisitions of middle market and professional services companies. As Founder and President of The Quest Organization, he has managed assignments in the following industries: real estate, family offices, hedge funds, construction, , private equity funds, consumer products, banking, broker dealers, entertainment, insurance, public accounting and retail.

Previously, he spent over seven years as a CPA with Deloitte LLP in public accounting and as a Senior Financial Executive of a publicly held service company. The Quest Organization, which has completed its 30th year of successful operation, is involved in executive search, mergers and acquisitions, structuring of deals, business and human capital consulting, and contract assignments for Fortune 500 to small and medium-sized closely held businesses, and CPA firms. He participates on several committees of the NYSSCPA, including his most recent current role as a member of the Board of Directors of The New York State Society of CPAs. Michael was the Chairman of the Industry Oversight Committee for the past three years and he was previously the Chairman of the Chief Financial Officers Committee of the NYSSCPA. He has also been the featured speaker on various issues related to human capital both from a hiring managers' perspective as well as from the candidate's perspective for Inc. Magazine, The Internal Auditors Association, FENG, The Deal, and the NYSSCPA's annual CFO Conference, and he was featured on radio stations 101.9FM and 710AM with Governor Patterson.

In 2014, Michael started Quest Forums, LLC, to assist with putting together joint ventures to invest in Real Estate, Tech companies and other middle market companies. In addition, due to extensive relationships with high net worth Family Offices both domestically and internationally, Quest Forums, LLC can assist with the raising of capital and deal flow.

Charlotte Luer

Ms. Luer is Chief Executive Officer of LJH Financial Marketing Strategies based in New York and Naples, Florida. She has 25+ years of experience in financial marketing, branding strategy and consulting. Her expertise includes educational and thought leadership roles and expansive, on-going marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, multi-billion dollar hedge funds, private equity funds, trust companies, asset management firms, banks and family offices. Her consulting work on behalf of multi-family offices and other high profile financial industry clients has led to significant revenue growth and earned her a high level of respect in the financial services industry.

Previously, Ms. Luer was Senior Vice President of Public Communications Inc., one of the largest independent public relations agencies in the United States. She earned a B.S. in Journalism and an M.A. in Communications, both with Honors, at the University of Florida. In addition to her communications studies, she concentrated in statistics and Latin American Affairs. She was named Graduate Research Student of the Year, and later worked as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami and the University of South Florida where she taught college courses in journalism and public relations. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, the New York Junior League, The League Club of Naples and Greater Naples Leadership.
