Andrew Schneider Joins Advisory Board of Homes 4 the Homeless

PALM BEACH, FL – (February 2, 2021) — Homes 4 the Homeless, a California non-profit that develops modular, transitional housing, has appointed Family Office Networks Founder Andrew Schneider to its Advisory Board.

“All of us who have been blessed with good fortune have a responsibility to help those who have not,” said Schneider. “I invite family offices around the United States and the world to join me in this innovative effort to help vulnerable men, women and children get out of the cold. My first priority is to match funds with the city of Newark for this life-saving project. One hundred percent of all donations will go towards helping the people who are suffering under Newark’s code blue emergency.”

Family Office Network’s philanthropy division is seeking family offices interested in addressing homelessness in America. Financial donations will match funds provided by Newark to help the unsheltered and Homes 4 the Homeless is also seeking shipping companies, construction companies, code compliance professionals, architects, designers, engineers and those with experience in writing legislation and lobbying to provide support as well as donations of lightly used shipping containers.

Homes 4 the Homeless was recommended by associates of former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg and engaged by the City of Newark to lead this important project.  The team has been responsible for the design, manufacturing, project management and site planning of the development as well as furnishing the units and working with supportive services providers.
